FIXES

• loop at end of half where it kicked off endlessly
• console write out of bounds fixed
• some pass outcomes weren't taking time off the clock
• clamped defensive values to avoid overrun errors

FEATURES

• complete overhaul of passing system to make it harder to spam
• adjusted heat settings to make it harder to spam RUN
  
• adjusted play yardage calculation to make the DEFENSE more menacing overall
• upgraded to .NET 9.0 so I could use Math.Clamp lol

FINDINGS

• defense kicking off to player at half is broken for some reason
• defensive stance changes are semi-nonsense 
• some pass outcomes not mapping properly
